(TKA KITAS – Foreign Worker Temporary Stay Permit)
The Foreign Worker Residence (TKA KITAS) is a legal residence permit issued to foreigners who are employed by registered companies or organizations in Indonesia.
This permit allows foreign professionals to live and work legally in Indonesia under an approved employment contract.
What is a TKA KITAS?
A TKA KITAS is a temporary stay permit granted to foreigners working for an Indonesian-registered company — either a local company (PT) or a foreign investment company (PT PMA).
It authorizes the holder to reside and work in Indonesia for the duration of the approved employment period.
